Poly & Paper Bags
Overview
- PE, PPE, PP & HDPE polybags are produced using both virgin and recycled raw materials.

- 12 extruders and handful of state-of-art finishing and printing machines are spread over an area of 40,000 sft. and further expanding.
- 20% to 100% pre & post consumer recycled polybags are produced.
- Both virgin and various grades of recycled raw materials (pre & post consumer) are imported from sustainable sources.
- Production wastages are recycled into raw material pellets within the factory floor through TWO recycling machines with a capacity of 160-170 kg/hr.
- Factory hold GRS & RCS certifications and can issue TC to customers.
- Per day depending on the size 100,000 to 150,000 paper bags with two color prints are produced.
